My first album was written between December 1999 and September 2001. I recorded it with my soon-to-be brother-in-law, Hadrian Mordecai, of The Spectacle Experiment, from December 2001 to March 2002, and finally released the son-of-a-bitch in June of 2003. I tend to look back on it and think it’s a crappy album, but then I listen to it and remember that it’s actually a decent recording with some early songs indicative of the songwriter that was to come.
